Waiting for the Moment - Advent Retreat For Young Adults

How are you preparing your hearts for the coming of the Lord Jesus? With all the hustle and bustle of the season, all of us get pulled into projects, Christmas shopping, decorations, church preparations and so much more. With all the running around we miss out on the importance of the season.

That's why DHT is inviting young adults, young adults who are leaders of youth and young adult groups, and young adults who are part of communities within the Archdiocese of New York to enter into the Moment.

Join us for prayer, spiritual reflections, discernment, and fellowship as we prepare our hearts for the moment - the moment that Jesus enters the world.

Included in the retreat: Sunday Mass, Liturgy of the Hours, time for silent prayer alone, confession, and moments of sharing our faith.

Location:

Car Pooling: We are hoping that groups within parishes could help in driving people to the retreat. We are asking that you car pool to get to the retreat house.

What To Bring: Food for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

Donation Fee: $10 - It will go to the retreat house.
